Technical Services Engineer


Role and Responsibility :
  • Responsible for technical service support including after sales service to customer.
  • Manage, investigate problem, find out solution, and follow up customer complaints regarding quality and product performance.
  • Provide technical support to project sale team.
  • Liaise with marketing team, engineering team, and manufacturing team to identify and resolve field problems within agreed timeline.
  • Provide technical recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or other related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Technical Service / After Sales Service / Service Engineer / Customer Quality Engineer or Sales Engineer would be advantage.
  • Experience in dealing with customer and end-user.
  • Good coordination, communication and negotiation skill.
  • Customer oriented, high service minded, quick response and follow thru.
  • Good command of English.
  • Occasional traveling required.
